In Context is led by Meghan Pagey, a specialist in Workforce Strategy and Organisation Development. With a bespoke service offering designed specifically to your business, you’re most likely to deal with Meghan primarily as lead consultant.
Meghan has executive experience in senior People & Culture roles across the Local Government, Hospitality and Tourism sectors in New Zealand. And as a consultant, her client base reaches across Governance and Executive team level for both Private Sector and Public Sector clients. She has extensive experience in developing and leading workforce and organisation development strategies, transformational change leadership, organisation design and business continuity crisis management.
She is passionate about sector-wide and regional solutions for workforce strategy development, in addition to supporting organisations of all sizes to achieve business success through strategic workforce solutions.
Meghan also thrives in supporting businesses with strategic people & culture (P&C) solutions, driving improvements and supporting P&C teams in both planning effectively for the future and stepping up to the executive table. This includes coaching and mentoring support for senior people & capability leaders.
Meghan is adept at relationship management, influence and negotiation – connecting the dots to influence great outcomes wherever she can. Facilitation in a range of context comes naturally to her, and ultimately for her it’s about bringing people together to find common ground, work through differences, and most importantly: get the agreed actions delivered.
